We are a locally-owned, family-run artisan bakery and cafe located in downtown Staunton, Illinois. At Blackbird Bakery + Cafe you will find a variety of from-scratch French and American pastries and sweets, coffee and espresso drinks brewed from locally-roasted Goshen Coffee Co. beans, and breakfast and lunch items made with select produce, meats, cheeses, and our freshly baked breads.
